Then she settles the debt with her husband for one tuman and one charik [unit of weight] of wheat.

Aqa ‘Ali Asghar transferred all his properties, including his house and carpets, to his daughter, Bibi Khadijah, before his death. Therefore, ‘Ali Asghar’s divorced wife, who is the daughter of ‘Ali ‘Askar, has no rights to his belongings.

Sayyid Abu al-Qasim's complaint against his brother
Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Tajir (merchant) from Usku, son of Mir Kazim Tajir, made a complaint against his brother, Sayyid Muhammad Tajir from Usku, regarding his share from their paternal inheritance and other properties, as well as the money he loaned to Haji Sayyid Muhammad's wife (daughter of Mir Hashim). Although his claim was denied, the brothers made a settlement to resolve the dispute in which Sayyid Muhammad agreed to pay seventy tumans to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Settlement between Agha Tikkah Khanum (daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad from Shiraz) and her husband, Fath Allah (son of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim son of Haji Rustam Anbar-dar [storage keeper]), over one-fourth of the late Haji Abu al-Qasim's inheritance (which includes Agha Tikkah Khanum's mahr of sixty tumans and also an additional one thousand tumans) for one hundred and twenty tumans, and an additional charik [unit of weight] of sugar cubes as the cost of detriment.
